Overview
JONI Shoes Australia produces handcrafted leather footwear made in limited quantities. Our return process reflects our slow fashion philosophy and artisanal production approach. This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Slow Fashion Commitment
JONI Shoes is not a fast‑fashion brand. Our shoes are produced in small batches using traditional craftsmanship and premium materials. We encourage customers to purchase thoughtfully and ensure they truly love the product before placing an order.
Store Credit Policy
· Unless required under Australian Consumer Law, JONI Shoes Australia does not provide refunds for change‑of‑mind purchases.
· Approved returns will be issued as store credit to be used on future purchases.
· Original shipping costs are non‑refundable.
Exchange Process
· Exchanges are processed only after the original item has been returned and inspected.
· Replacement items will be dispatched once the returned item has been received and approved.
· Only one exchange request can be processed per order at a time.
Return Eligibility
· Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
· Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
· Products must be unworn, unused and returned with original packaging and tags.
Handcrafted Products
All JONI shoes are handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional techniques. Because of the handmade nature of the production process and the use of natural leather, small variations in leather texture, marks or minor assembly differences may occur. These characteristics are part of the authenticity of the product and are not considered faults.
Materials
All JONI shoes are crafted using premium calf leather. As a natural material, leather may display slight variations in texture, grain or tone.
Use of Product
Once shoes have been worn, JONI Shoes Australia cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from normal wear, incorrect sizing, improper use or external conditions.
Australian Consumer Law
· Nothing in this policy excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
· Customers may still be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where goods have a major fault.
